On the 15th to 16th of December 2007, the Southern Eden family gathered together for the first time under one roof. The event took place at Ipelegeng Community Center in Soweto Johannesburg. This historical occasion marked a significant turn in direction for the Southern Eden extension. The objectives of the gathering were as follows:

-To glorify Yah, celebrate, and showcase our talents

-Reflect on the 40-year history of the kingdom of Yah and to inspire a forward movement together planning for the future.

-To bring the family together/getting to know each other.

-Discussing strategic issues relating to the building of the family.

-Graduation of absorbed students.

Our program started on Yom Sheshee with the arrival of the various extensions, Port Elizabeth, East London, Durban, Kuruman and the host extension Johannesburg, we then gathered together to honor the opening of the Shabbat. Dinner was then served after which the saints erupted into song and dance to mark the opening of what would be a very grand event.
