Minister leads chiefs to Israel

The Minister of Chieftaincy and Culture, S.K. Boafo, is leading a delegation of chiefs to Israel where they will visit the African village in Dimona.

A statement issued in Accra said the nine-day visit will afford the delegation the opportunity to interact with officials of Dr Martin Luther King Jr SCLC/Ben Ammi Centre for new humanity, which is a conflict resolution centre with a string of achievements in the area of social, moral, cultural and intellectual development.

The delegation will also visit places of historical and Biblical interests and interact with politicians and the business community. Among those on the delegation are Daasebre Dr. Amankona Diawuo II, Berekumhene, Nii Odai Ayiku IV, Nungua mantse, Oseadeeyo Ameyaw IV, Techimanhene and Togbui Duklui Attipoe V and Mr Napoleon Agboada, representatives of the Anlo Traditional Council.
