The Soul Vegetarian Restaurant, which specializes in vegan food, will supply the expertise for a free cooking demonstration from 3 to 6 p.m. The Growers' Market is open from 3 p.m. to dusk Wednesdays and from 9 a.m. to noon Saturdays at 229 Lake Ella Drive, behind Black Dog Cafe.
